If something doesn’t feel right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The jewellery must be unworn and unused

• Returned in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once the returned piece is received and inspected, we’ll initiate an exchange or refund as applicable.
